Filmed in the underground & subway during the severe frost period of the 2012 winter in Berlin. Temperatures dropped to minus 15° Celsius during that time. Many Homeless people (nearly) froze to death, while government buildings stayed empty, heated to a cosy 20° C - for nothing.
